Tues 19th March: What's new with Play Cricket Scorer Pro? at Toft CC, Chelford Rd, Knutsford WA16 8QP, 19.00-21.00
Play Cricket Scorer Pro (PCSP) is the laptop based software developed by the ECB and available to download free of charge. Within one season it has rapidly become established as the scoring software of choice and links seamlessly with Play-Cricket to make the life of a scorer that bit easier. The evening will look at what's changed in the new version as well as a chance to have a look at the product in action. The event is free but registration with ECBACO (via their website) to attend is essential.

Weds 27th March: Duckworth-Lewis-Stern at Didsbury Cricket Club, 860 Wilmslow Rd, M'cr M20 2ZY 19.00-20.30
This evening is for all interested parties (scorers, umpires and players) who will be involved in the Cheshire Cup in 2019, which is using DLS to resolve weather affected matches. The evening will be informative and practical in demonstrating not just how DLS works but also the practical aspects of its operation. The event is free to attend but it is essential to reserve a place as space is limited by contacting James Emmerson.
(nb this event will be repeated at two other venues within Cheshire, details will be confirmed asap)
