Oxton Padel
As most of you will be aware we will be bringing a new sport to the Club in 2026 with work continuing on our two new outdoor padel courts.
We are excited to launch and now aim to be ready in March (following some poor weather conditions). We will confirm an exact date as soon as possible.
As members may already know we have also already had floodlights installed on two of our tennis courts and we will be carrying out some significant work to our perimeter fencing as well as creating a much-needed pathway down to the tennis & bowls facilities. We are extremely grateful to everyone who has assisted financially to the whole project and will post more updates and photos as the development begins to take shape over the coming weeks.

PADEL MEMBERSHIP
£85 per year
Benefits of membership:

Members can book 18 days in advance vs. 10 days for non-members

25% off your share of any off peak court bookings
-
10% off your share of any peak court bookings
-
7.5% discount off all Padel equipment and refreshments (including at the main Clubhouse bar)
Padel membership can be purchased on the Playtomic app. You do not need to be a member of any other section of the Club.

The number of padel members will be limited to maintain the benefits for those members.

BOOKING
Court booking will be available to members and non-members. All bookings and payments will be taken through the Playtomic app which you will need to download onto your phone or tablet.

Peak £36
Monday to Friday 4-10pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am-10pm

FACILITIES & OTHER INFORMATION

Parking will still be in our main car park followed by a short walk down to a new access gate off the roadside. An access code will be provided when booking a court.

Balls and rackets will be provided FOC for the first few weeks but following that there will be a charge (£2 per racket hire and tins of balls will be on sale). We would encourage all regular players to buy their own rackets.

There will be a small social area within the Padel area with seating and toilets. Through the Spring & Summer the Padel area will be staffed so refreshments will be available as well as balls, rackets and other equipment.

When the main Clubhouse bar is open (evenings and weekends) access will be made available to all padel players to enjoy the Club's social facilities.

We will publish details of our Padel coaching sessions prior to the courts opening.
