7. Photography/Videoing
The Committee have taken on board recent queries re the use of photos and videos on social media etc. With this in mind guidance has been issued and can be found on the pavilion noticeboard (nearest the kitchen).
6. Accident Book
As an interim measure while waiting on the completion of a full review of H&S procedures by the main club, there is an accident book with guidance for completion. Please ensure completion in the event of accidents. Easy to complete and can be located on top of the filing cabinet.
5. Safeguarding Details
The LTA policy and tennis section information can be found on the noticeboard to the right of the pavilion as you walk in. The Safeguarding Officer is now Ally Byrne and she can be connected on either 07908 756113 or on a dedicated Oxton Tennis Section safeguarding email tennissafeguarding@oxtoncricketclub.com

4. Faults and Repairs​
Spot a fault or repair that's needed?? Please record in the fault/repair log in the located on top of the filing cabinet. Guidance is on the log. Easy to complete and will ensure we keep on top of the small issues and they don't become bigger issues!!

3. Entry to the grounds.!!!!!!!!
Don't forget your membership card to open & enter via the gate! The button to release is to the right of the gate through the railings!​

2. Cricket Balls!
Whenever there is cricket activity on the go members must ensure they take care when walking towards the tennis courts that cricket balls aren't accidentally heading their way!
The route taken to the tennis courts should be outside the boundary lines and as far from the cricket pitches as possible.
Captains must make visiting teams aware of the please.
