Photography/Videoing
The Committee have taken on board recent queries re the use of photos and videos on social media etc. With this in mind guidance has been issued and can be found on the pavilion noticeboard (nearest the kitchen).
Accident Book
There is an accident book with guidance for completion. Please ensure completion in the event of accidents. Easy to complete and can be located on top of the filing cabinet.
Safeguarding Details
The LTA policy and tennis section information can be found on the noticeboard to the right of the pavilion as you walk in. Cricket Balls
Whenever there is cricket activity on the go members must ensure they take care when walking towards the tennis courts that cricket balls aren't accidentally heading their way!
The route taken to the tennis courts should be outside the boundary lines and as far from the cricket pitches as possible.
Captains must make visiting teams aware of the please.
